What to Expect at Your First Visit
When you arrive at Local Wellness, we’ll begin with a personalized consultation and evaluation—about 15 minutes, so I can understand your health goals and current concerns.
If you already know which services you’d like to experience, we’ll begin treatment right away. If not, I’ll recommend the best combination of therapies based on your unique needs.
Whether you choose acupuncture, cupping, herbal consultation, cold laser, or a mix, your session will be tailored just for you—with care, clarity, and compassion.
